Golden Retriever--The Joy of Goldens

Indigo [a.k.a. Indie]

Dam: Goldpuppies Sweet Indigo [k9data.com]
Age 3
Quick to learn, quick to please, Indigo was Top Pup in her puppy obedience class week after week. She loves children, she loves other dogs, but most of all, she loves her family. The only thing she doesn’t like is suitcases—because that means someone is leaving for a while.
With a golden coat that’s sleek but baby soft, she loves to snuggle. (You say, “bed hog,” she says, “body pillow.”) Always ready to play catch, show off her tricks, or just rest as our footwarmer, she’s fully captured the hearts of her seven humans (Mom, Dad, 4 girls and a boy)
She is expecting her 2nd litter, due in April. With her first litter April 2023, she proved to be a fantastic mother!

Storm--Golden Retriever Beauty--The Joy of Goldens

Storm

Retired Dam: Goldpuppies Taken by Storm [k9data.com]
Age 9
Compassionate and snugglie, Storm knows just what her humans need. She’s ready to race circles and perform tricks for a good laugh or rest quietly with her head in your lap or under your chin if you need comfort.
After two adorable litters of her own, Storm enjoys playing Auntie to Indigo’s babies. She especially loves to help train them when they’re ready to play.

Montana (Monty)--Golden Retriever Sire (a.k.a Papa)--The Joy of Goldens

Montana [a.k.a Monty]

Sire: Goldpuppies Gentle Spirit CHI. Montana [k9data.com]
Age 5
Living across town, Monty has been the perfect dog for his family. He was easily trained and always gets compliments in public, not only for his looks but also his demeanor and obedience! He loves to be close to family and will wait on the couch staring out the window for their return.
Monty is an amazing brother to his human siblings! He puts up with constant annoying pokes and prods by the toddlers and loves exploring with them. He loves being outside, squirrel hunting, and helping dad track deer. He is a natural hunter. Monty also loves swimming and chasing sticks.
With great muscle tone and flexibility, he has a darker red coat and very soft fur. He is very attentive and observant. He is the epitome of the ideal Golden Retriever!

Why We Love Goldens

It’s not by chance that so many comfort therapy dogs are Golden Retrievers. They’re quick to learn and quick to feel the emotions of those around them. More than once, our children have brought home friends who just needed hug-time with our dogs. And our furballs were more than happy to help.
